FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Elgin, IL – From poetry to essays, devotionals to art, David Bunker’s new book, Artist Care Encounter, is designed to celebrate the artistry that draws humanity back to its Creator.
For many years, Bunker has been a vibrant part of ¶¶ÒõÂþ»â€™s community. Whether serving as an adjunct professor in the Communication Arts department or advising Music Business and Entrepreneurship students, Bunker has always been committed to promoting creativity. His love for music and the way it can bless the church inspired him to serve as a musician with the band Shelter, and he continues to engage in the music industry as a mentor to other artists.
Bunker currently serves on the board of ¶¶ÒõÂþ»â€™s Rich Mullins Center for Creative Christian Expression, where all modes of creative expression are celebrated. Whether it is an essay or a poem, a piece of music or a collection of paintings, artistry taps into what it means to be humans made in God’s image. That conviction inspired Artist Care Encounter. Through a curated collection of various artforms, Bunker encourages readers to draw nearer to God as they tap into the unique aspects of their own creativity.
Available on Amazon or through Clifton Hills Press, Artist Care Encounter will equip any creative to shape their life to shape the world into a more beautiful place.
